We aim to provide a high level of individualised care to all of our young people from a range of cultures, ethnicities, and varying social, emotional or behavioural difficulties. Our aim is to provide outstanding and individualised care for all of the children and young people in our care.

We believe that children and young people respond best and are able to reach their full potential when they are looked after in an environment in which people are genuinely interested in their welfare, take time to get to know them and their needs and ensure that those needs are met. This means children and young people are made to feel special, cared for and worthwhile and can enjoy and benefit from their education and the experience of being looked after.
